I was born and raised in Central Ohio before relocating to Colorado in the spring of 2025. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning in 2010. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. I am also a Manual Therapist with several advanced certifications. I have worked one on one with a wide variety of clients since 2010 from high school athletes and active adults to people with severe scoliosis, chronic pain and who have undergone surgery. I specialize in injury prehabilitation and rehabilitation, chronic pain, mobility, endurance, functional movement, and kettlebell training.
I love witnessing how the human body adapts and seeing people do things they couldn’t previously do. Our bodies follow the SAID principle- Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands- so if we do these things consistently for a period of time, the body adapts to that stress and we get stronger, more efficient, and more resilient.
In my free time I’m an avid rock climber and trail runner. I completed my first Ultramarathon in 2024, the 50 mile Silver Rush in Leadville, Co. I also love training with kettlebells, reading, hiking, and spending time with my girlfriend and my dog, Calvin.
